Lianchuang has the capacity to lay out castings on site. This is done on a regular basis in order to assure that castings are to the blueprint dimensions. Layouts are performed to first time or revised castings before allowing them to go to full production. 100% inspection and approved before shipping.
At Lianchuang, quality control is an active function through the whole manufacturing process. Quality control starts from the very beginning when raw materials comes in the door and continues through every stage of the producing process.Analyses are documented. |
Lianchuang utilizes an in-house spectrometer to analyze our alloy as well as some raw materials. The spectrometer is calibrated on a regular basis using certified standards as well as samples sent to outside laboratories for analysis.
All our manufactures have quality control systems consistent with ISO9001:2000 quality control systems. We aim to be world class, committed to customer satisfaction Before pouring, the chemical composition of the material in each heat is analysed by Spectrometer. only when the composition of liquid steel is up to specification, pouring can be proceeded. And we have established a chemical laboratory to analyse the chemical composition of casting . Moreover, with the use of up-to-dated equipmtent projector ,hardness tester,and tri-coordinate measuring instrument ,assures the casting of high quality all along. |
